The mission of the Metropolitan Chrisitan Council of Philadelphia (MCCP) is to be a visible expression of Beloved Community.

 

We foster peace with transformative justice through popular education and formal training programs.

 

Over nearly one century, MCCP has assisted Christian congregations and other formal and informal organizations with advancing the goal of Peace inspired by the teachings of all religions.

While the organization is Christian, we work collaboratively with everyone regardless of religious tradition, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or citizenship status.
